The chemical composition, heat treatment and hardness have been designed for each products to help increase the life of the tooth and improves its efficiency for every application,and various grades of high alloy steel casting provides the best combination of impact and abrasion resistance

 

State of Art Heat Treatment

We use state of art heat treatment process to ensure required Hardness and Impact strength. Heat treating is conducted to meet specific hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, and impact requirements. Castings are normalized, tempered, Normalizing, Quenching, Thermal Refining(QT) and stress-relieved in ovens designed and built according to our specifications. We also use outsourcing for heat treatment when necessary.
